SA: Tholstrup completes economy run
ADELAIDE, Feb 28 AAP - Adventurer and solar car pioneer Hans Tholstrup has successfully
completed his Brisbane to Melbourne economy run, covering the 1,680 kilometres on one
40 litre tank of petrol.
Tholstrup left Brisbane on Sunday in a Honda Insight hybrid car in a bid to become
the first person to drive a commercially-available vehicle to Melbourne without refuelling.
