(ADPnews) - Jul 28, 2010 - Italian copper alloy maker KME Group (BIT:KME) has closed the offer on the stock exchange of the option rights that remained unopted for in the trading sessions between July 16 and 22, 2010 on the sidelines of a capital increase operation approved by the shareholders in December last year.
A total 180,000 new-issue ordinary shares had been subscribed at the end of the offer on the stock market, accounting for 0.17% of the unopted shares offered, the company said in a statement.
